90 days to return

• Send us your order number and what you want to return
• Pack the goods so they cannot be damaged in transit
• Post the parcel to our address or bring it into any store
• We refund within 14 days by the same method you paid

Complaints

We settle complaints within 30 days of receiving them at the latest. Please enclose a description of the fault and proof of purchase. We keep you posted by email throughout.

What cannot be returned

Made-to-order goods, opened hygiene packaging and anything clearly worn beyond ordinary trying-on. With outdoor kit we judge wear case by case.

Exchanging for another size

We handle an exchange as a return plus a new order — it is quicker. We pay the postage when you swap a size.
