Frequently asked questions
- How do I choose trekking boots? — It depends on the ground, the length of the walk and the shape of your foot. Come into a store, we will measure your foot and recommend a model.
- What size sleeping bag do I need? — Measure your height and add 10 cm. The comfort rating should match the lowest temperature you plan to sleep in.
- Can I return goods? — Yes, within 14 days (club members within 90). The goods must be clean and undamaged.
- Do you do repairs? — Yes, in every store — reproofing, zip repairs, resoling and ski servicing.
