Terms and conditions

These terms govern the rights and obligations of the parties when buying through the horal.cz shop, operated by HORAL s.r.o., company no. 12345678, registered at Horská 42, 460 01 Liberec.

Orders and formation of the contract

An order is an offer to enter into a contract of sale. The contract is formed when the seller confirms the order. We send the confirmation by email as soon as the order arrives.

We reserve the right to decline an order if stock has run out, the price is obviously wrong or we cannot reach the buyer.

Withdrawing from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. HORAL club members have 90 days. The goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase.

Complaints

The warranty period is 24 months. We settle complaints within 30 calendar days. The complaints form is in your account or in any store.
