Orders and the contract of sale
Submitting an order forms a contract of sale. A confirmation with a summary comes by email, and you can change or cancel free of charge until it is dispatched.
Complaints procedure
Everything we sell carries a 24-month warranty, and loyalty members get 5 years on garden machinery. We settle complaints within 30 days, usually a good deal sooner.
Withdrawing from the contract
You can withdraw from an online contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. We refund by the same route within 14 days.
Privacy policy
We handle personal data in line with GDPR. We use it only to fulfil your order and — if you wish — to send you news.
