Delivery and payment
Free delivery on orders over 2,990 CZK. Smaller parcels go out within 24 hours; large machines and pools we deliver ourselves and carry into place.
Delivery options
Collection in store — free. Parcel delivery up to 30 kg — 99 CZK, free over 2,990 CZK. Pallet delivery of large machines and pools — 490 CZK, free over 9,990 CZK. Our own delivery, carried in and installed — depending on region; we agree a date by phone.
Payment options
Pay by card online, by bank transfer, cash on delivery or on finance. In store we take cash, cards and employee benefit vouchers.
Returns
Unused goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase — online or in any store, without giving a reason.
