Terms and conditions

Short, plain and without loopholes. In force from 1 June 2026 for purchases in the Ořeškárna shop.

1. Introduction

These terms govern the relationship between Ořeškárna s.r.o., company no. 12345678, registered at Slezská 1024/12, 120 00 Prague 2 (the seller), and the customer (the buyer) when buying from the oreskarna.cz online shop.

2. Orders and formation of the contract

By submitting an order the buyer confirms they have read these terms. The contract is formed when the seller confirms the order to the buyer's email. Prices are final and include VAT.

3. Payment terms

You can pay by card online, by bank transfer or cash on delivery (39 CZK). With a transfer we dispatch once the money reaches our account. The goods remain the seller's property until paid for in full.

4. Delivery terms

Orders received by 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. We deliver to lockers (from 29 CZK), pick-up points (59 CZK) and by courier (89 CZK). Over 1,999 CZK delivery is free. Collection in store is always free.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods. Opened food is the exception and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The full procedure is on the Returns page.

6. Complaints

Rights arising from defective performance are governed by the Civil Code. Make a complaint by email to treats@demo.cz; we settle it within 30 days at the latest and keep you posted by email.

7. Data protection

We process personal data solely to fulfil your order and — with your consent — to send you news, in line with GDPR. We pass nothing to third parties other than carriers and the payment gateway.

8. Final provisions

Disputes may be settled out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz). These terms take effect on 1 June 2026 and the seller reserves the right to amend them; the version in force when an order is placed applies to that order.
