Who the controller is

The data controller is Pekárna U Mlýna s.r.o., Company ID 09876543, registered office Mánesova 48, 120 00 Prague 2. Registered at the Municipal Court in Prague.

What data we process

Depending on what you do here:

• A bread order — name, telephone, email and what you ordered.
• Contact form — name, email and the text of your message.
• A reply to a job advert — whatever you send us in your CV.
• Visiting the site — anonymised traffic statistics that identify nobody.

Why we process them

We process orders in order to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Enquiries and replies to job adverts rest on our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)). The newsletter goes only to those who sign up themselves (Art. 6(1)(a)).

How long we keep them

We keep orders for as long as accounting law requires, which is 5 years. Enquiries from the form are deleted within 12 months of being dealt with. Applicants' CVs after 6 months, unless we agree otherwise with you.

Who we pass them to

We sell your data to nobody. Only the processors we cannot run the site and the books without have access:

• Our hosting and email provider.
• Our accountants — for the paperwork behind orders.
• Delivery platforms, if you have your bread brought to you.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, and have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted. Newsletter consent can be withdrawn with one click in every email. If you are unhappy with how we go about it, you may contact the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7.
