Every shift you take home fresh bread for yourself and your family, as much as you need.

Steady shifts
The rota is known a month ahead and we plan it together. Weekends rotate around the team.

We will train you
No experience? For the first three months you stand at the oven with someone who has it, and learn the craft from the ground up.
Baker
Keeping the starter, mixing and shaping the dough, working the stone oven. We are after care rather than speed — experience helps but is not required.
