Complaints and returns
You can return goods without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. Hidden defects are covered for 24 months.
Returns
- Send us your order number and what you are returning
- Pack the goods so they cannot be damaged in transit
- Send the parcel to our address or bring it in yourself
- We refund within 14 days by the same method you paid
Complaints
We settle complaints within 30 days at the latest. Enclose a description of the fault and proof of purchase. We keep you posted by email.
When goods cannot be returned
We cannot take back made-to-order goods, opened hygiene packaging or products past their use-by date.
