Do you dispense prescription medicines?
This demo shop sells over-the-counter products only. Prescription medicines are dispensed at the collection point once the ePrescription is checked.
Will someone help me choose?
Yes. A pharmacist is on the phone and on email every working day.
How do I check the expiry date?
We guarantee at least 6 months before expiry on every parcel. Anything shorter is always stated on the product.
How much is delivery?
From 59 CZK depending on the method you pick. Over 1,000 CZK delivery is free.
How do I check my order status?
You will find the status in your account, and we email you whenever it changes.
