1. Orders and the contract of sale
Submitting an order forms a contract of sale between you and PACKA s.r.o. You will get an email confirmation with a summary.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are final and include VAT. We take card, Google Pay / Apple Pay, cash on delivery or payment in store.
3. Delivery
Items in stock go out within 24 hours. We let you know by email and text when the carrier has it and when it is delivered.
4. Withdrawal from the contract
You can return goods within 30 days without giving a reason. We refund by the same payment method within 14 days of the return reaching us.
5. Data protection
We handle personal data in line with GDPR. We use it solely to fulfil your order and — with your consent — to send you news.
