Before you arrive

Questions about booking a table.

What we ask guests most often, and what they ask us — before you send the form above.

We take bookings three months ahead. For a weekday morning the day before is plenty; for weekend brunch and Friday evenings we suggest about a week ahead — those are our busiest times.

The form sends a provisional booking — we confirm by email, usually within two hours during opening times and by the following morning at the latest. Until the confirmation arrives, the table is not yet held.

Please name the branch in the notes — Vinohrady, Staré Město, Holešovice or Karlín. Without that we will hold the table in Vinohrady, where we have the most seats.

We hold a booked table for fifteen minutes past the agreed time. If you are running late, just call +420 704 123 456 and the table will wait — only please let us know.

Yes, we keep some of the window tables free for walk-ins. In the morning and early evening there is almost always room; for weekend brunch, booking is the safe bet.

We will. Please note any allergy or dietary requirement in the booking — the kitchen then has time to prepare an alternative and you needn't sort it out at the table.

Of course. There is free Wi-Fi and a socket by most tables. We only ask that between 10:00 and 14:00 on Saturday and Sunday you spare a thought for the brunch crowd — we do not take table bookings for long working sessions at that hour.

Gladly. We have high chairs, a changing table and step-free access. Dogs are welcome at every branch — we'll bring a bowl of water.

Rather do it in person?
